BCREA Housing Market Update for November 2019
BCREA has released the most recent Housing Market Update for BC. BC Real Estate Association Chief Economist Brendon Ogmundson discusses the October 2019 statistics. For the Kamloops and District real estate board area there were 273 unit sales for the month of October. This is a 17.2% increase year over year. There were also 1,112 active listings which is 4.1 months worth of supply and a 3.6% year over year change. Kamloops continues to post stronger sales numbers in comparison to other Okanagan and Interior board areas.
