BUT, homes that are very competitive in price and show well definitely are selling. Make sure you check with your listing agent and ensure you are at the right price point in comparison to the other properties that are like yours. If you are, you should have selling success! I have had my home listed for a number of months now and it seems like there are so many other homes in my price range and that are very similar.
