		<description>I found suspicious bottles of neem oil, and nutrients in my neighbor&#039;s trash (the wind had blown it over).  There was a lot of different bottles, and after looking some of them up online it looks like they are commonly used by marijuana growers.  Maybe you should add that to this list - suspicious trash or waste including nutrients, plant material, etc.</description>
