Valleyview is also the home to numerous automotive dealerships, motorsport dealers (dirtbike, ATV, snowmobile) and many other industries located in the industrial area just off of the #1 highway on Kelly Douglas Road.
Marrion Schillling Elementary (2200 Park Drive) and Valleyview Secondary (1950 Valleyview Drive) are all located in Valleyview. These two schools are the main schools in the area. Juniper Ridge secondary school aged children (grade 8 to 12) also attend Valleyview Highschool.
Valleyview is very central and has a few recreational options. The Valleyview arena is located on Highland Drive at the foot of Juniper Ridge.
